arini dh 31/10/2011...tetibe meroyan nak menulis plak..hehe..cepatnye mase blari..dh xde istilah mase bjalan lg dh..pejam celik pejam celik dh nak dkat setahun aku duk kat KL ni..x penah tbayang pn aku leh ddk sorg2 kat cni, kat bandar yg besar ni sorg2 je..klu kat kg dlu suruh g kdai yg sekangkang kera ngan umah aku pn aku leh nangis..pnye r pmalu..(padahal penakut gler..hahaha)..smpai xde org pn leh pakse aku g kdai sorg2...ntah ape2 aku ni kn..pemalu x btempat..tp skang aku patut bbangge sbb aku dh buang ckt sikap pmalu x btempat aku 2..aku dh bleh g jln sorg2( sbenarnye tpakse sbb xkn nk sruh org teman g keje kn??), aku bleh g shopping sorg2..makan sorg2..pendek kate sume dh leh wat sorg2 r..hehe..(jgn bcakap sorg2 dh r...xnak aku kelebihan cmtu..hehe).ape yg penting biar r sume perubahan yg blaku adalah perubahan yg positif dan sentiase dapat memperbaiki kelemahan diri.......to be continue(^_^)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011!!!!

The time was running soo fast...2010 that fulled of joy and sorrow was gone. Let by gone be by gone and make it as spirit to continue my life to be the better person and 2011 are here with more brighter and oppurtunity that I must to grab it..

Today (3 January 2011) is the third day of creative and innovative session in entrepreneurship module. Today we must to cook briani and also make bread...So interesting..In this session we exposed to many creative and innovative thing that make we excited to see and learn!!

                      

~communication module~

            First time i heard about this communication module, i felt so scared because I have lack of confidence when  stand in front of many people. Especially to talk in English..Argh!!!it so hard for me. Mom!!! please help me..But, went going through this module, it so great!!!


            First day ( 1st Dec 2010) of course the introduction to communication held by Madam Norliza and Madam Farahiyah. Then followed by communication concept and skills the next day. This is the first step in this communication module. 3rd and 4th December 2010 was blogging 101. The day that this blog was started. I've learn how to created and managed this blog. This session conducted by Madam Sita and Mr Halim. Then, follow by art of public speaking, conducting effective meeting, effective resume & cover letter, report writing, 2 days of powerful presentation skills, communication for leaders and the grooming day.. The day that I've learn about I am are what I am wear..:-)


           The 4th week was a fears week, it because started with mock interview on Monday and I am the 5th person with Mr Abdullah. He gives me a lot of advices to improved my self. Thanks a lot to him.. Then followed by public speaking the next day..waa...so scary...From the research, Public speaking fears do indeed appear to be the number one social fear held by Americans (and we have no reason to believe people in other countries would be much different). So, i am the normal person right???hehehe..I like this quote, "Love is what we were born with. but Fear is what we learned here". So, I think this was a way to learn..My group which is CHIMERA was given ecotourism topic and we have decided to divided by placed. I have chosen The Kuala Gula Bird Sanctuary Perak as my ecotourism place and I've delivered it on that day..22th Dec was fine tuning for the presentation day. The whole day our group discussed and divided task for our project. The next 2 days, i've learned about the art of negotiation skills and lastly before finale presentation was the role of neuro linguistic programming in communication with Mr Faizal Kamal. 
Finally, 28 December 2010 was the finale presentation for communication module. 


           This module was great and interesting and i would like to thanks to all trainers that give me a lot of knowledges and experiences and also to my friend that give me morale support. I felt that my confidence more than before I came to this programmed. Alhamdulillah.. 

~How to reach an audience through blogging~

Blog??? What was come in your mine when the person ask you about blogging???

            In specific term, blog is a frequent, chronological publication of personal thoughts and Web links. Blogs are alternatively called web logs or weblogs. However, "blog" seems less likely to cause confusion, as "web log" can also mean a server's log files. In my perspective, blog is more like a diary that can put everything single feel in there. A blog is often a mixture of what is happening in a person's life and what is happening on the Web, a kind of hybrid diary or guide site, although there are as many unique types of blogs as there are people. In blog, we can used gadget, picture, video, and any other interest thing to make our blog more interesting, cheerful and the important aspect is readable. Color and font size that we used in the blog are important to ensure our visitor interested with our blog. Bright color like red and  small font size  are not suggested to used because it hard to read.

               An ordinary website would provide information and may allow guests within the site to interact. On the other hand, a blog is already the platform for interaction. The original lay-out and designs of blogs encourages guests to leave their thoughts and to enter in a discussion with the author or other guests. To write blog, firstly think about the topic, about the real purpose of our blog is. Using this way, we can find out exactly what our target audience is. Then we can locate those places where our target audience hangs out. Like in forums, group and others places. We get involve and let them know who we are and we are there for help them. Now, all we have to do is provide a solution to their problems on our blog and then connect to them. 


                     To maintain our blog, we must engage our target with participate in conversations and reply to our blogs post. Make our visitors become part of the action of our blog. Make them feel as is they are almost owners of that blog. After all, your blog wouldn’t exist without your visitors.

My Own Room

Today is the day that I and fazlinda waiting to move to our own room!!!! yeay!!!
BUT yesterday bila kitorang nak turun g makan, jadi ! bende yang pelik!! the story like this...JENG, JENG JENG!!!!
Our friend house at level 7. we used lift to go to ground level. On the way turun tu, Lift stop at level 5 and sorg pakcik naik..yang peliknye lift tu naik blk ke level 7 and the door open. BUT!!!nobody there. kitorg dah pandang 1 sama lain dah. lift turun semula and stop at level 4 and the same situation happened. Rase ketar semacam dah time tu..then baru lift sampai ground floor..This happen because lift was broken or ??????
